Email is the reliable way to request account deletion or a data export. Send the request from the address associated with your MEMRYA account so we can verify ownership.
For account security, deletion and export requests should come from the email address associated with the account.
How to request deletion
Email dev@memrya.co from the address associated with your MEMRYA account and ask for your account and data to be deleted. Include any details that help us locate your account, such as the device or approximate sign-up date.
What happens next
We verify the request and process deletion of the account and associated data. We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify ownership.
Data export
If you want a copy of your data before deletion, mention that in the same email and we will include it as part of handling your request.
