What MEMRYA processes

MEMRYA's core flow is recording or importing a conversation, then uploading, transcribing and analyzing it to produce a summary, evidence and grounded answers you can search later. Audio you record or import is the basis for everything else the product creates.

Where processing happens

Recording on your device is local. When you choose cloud processing, your audio and transcript may be sent securely to approved processing providers to perform transcription and analysis. This only happens after you choose processing — it is not automatic or hidden.

Storage and access

Cloud storage is private, and access is scoped to the account that owns the data. Tenant isolation — keeping each account's data separate from every other account — is treated as a product invariant, not an optional setting.

Secrets and keys

Provider and API secrets used to talk to processing providers live server-side. They are never embedded in the mobile client.

Encryption

We do not claim end-to-end encryption. Data is protected through private, owner-scoped cloud storage and server-side secret handling as described above, not through an end-to-end encryption guarantee.

Languages

Spoken language and result language are handled separately in the product. Processing providers support a broad set of languages, but transcription quality is not equal across every one of them.

Retention

Cloud retention and deletion follow MEMRYA controls and the applicable rules of the processing providers involved. Contact us if you have a question about a specific recording or account.

Export and deletion

To request an account export or deletion, use the Delete account page or contact dev@memrya.co.

No analytics or trackers

This website uses no analytics, cookies, trackers or third-party JavaScript, and sets no public API keys.
